Processing times
You'll receive a tracking email the moment your package ships.
Once we're past the pre-order window, orders ship within 2–3 business days.
United States
Free shipping on all US orders via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
International
We ship worldwide from the US via USPS. Flat rates by region:
- Canada and Mexico — $18
- United Kingdom and Europe — $24
- Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan — $26
- Australia and New Zealand — $28
Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination, plus customs processing time. Tracking is available to most destinations but may stop updating once your package leaves the US postal network.
Duties and import taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total. Where they apply, they're collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Thresholds vary by country, many orders clear without any charges at all.
We're required to declare the full value of your order on customs forms and can't mark packages as gifts or under-declare value.
Getting your address right
Please double check your shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. We can update an address before your order ships if you email us quickly, but once a package is in transit we cannot reroute it. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped but let's try to avoid that.
